I received an Associates of Science degree in General Education and Psychology from Troy State of Fort Benning, GA.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from University of Maryland in Taegu Korea.  I recevied a Masters of Arts in Teaching and Special Education from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN.  I am presently pursuing my Gifted Certification from Samford University in Birmingham, AL.


After retiring from the U.S. Army after 22 years, I began my teaching career as a Special Education Teacher for grades 7-12 in Ashland City, Tennessee for 2 years.  Additionally, I did Special Education Resource pull out for grades K-12 in Clarksville, TN for 2 years.  I also performed duties as a Behavior Consultant and Interventionist.


I am Stephanie Williams a 1990 graduate of Wilcox Central High School in Camden, AL.  Upon graduation I joined the U.S. Army.  Both my husband Carlos and I completed over 20 years in the Army.  After retiring I taught for 5 years in the Clarksville Montgomery County School System of Clarksville, TN as a K-12  Resource Teacher and Behavior Consultant. My husband and I have 4 beautiful children (AmBria, Jah-Kari, Carlos Jr, and Liam).

My hobbies include reading, traveling, line dancing, and spending time with my family.

It is my belief that all children can learn given the appropriate learning tools and accommodations.  My goal is to provide a learning environment that incorporates cooperative learning and team building in an effort to boost achievement.

I love teaching students of all ages. My passion is to ignite students, deepen their understanding of the content, and help them develop into college and career ready citizens.
